Students Learn the Dynamics of Team Work, Participate in A Community Service Project, and Apply Statistical Tools in the Analysis of Data Supporting Quality Effectiveness Initiatives. A Major Component of the Program is the Exploration of Ethical and Social Issues That Students may Encounter as Managers. the Program Also Acquaints Students with the Language, Concepts, and Tools of Accounting and Finance, and Enables Them to Develop Skills and Concepts Needed to Manage Information Technology Effectively and Efficiently.

At the Institute, Participants will Examine the Realities of Higher Education Leadership and the Characteristics of it Leaders. Participants will Work in Teams to Address Strategic Issues Associated with Information Technology on Campus and are Expected to Engage in All of the Institute’S Day and Evening Sessions.
