• in the Elementary Education Program at Lrc i was Exposed to the Liberal Arts Classes That Help to Shape and Mold ME as A Professional. Through Classes Such as Phycology and Sociology i have A Firm Foundation Upon Which to GO in Search of Answers for the Different Crisis in Which MY Students may Face. Through Study in the Literary Classics i can Better Teach the Novels Within MY Classroom. the Rigor at Which i Studied the Required Math Classes has Prepared ME to Implement A High Level of Rigor Into the Math Lessons That i Teach Daily. the Science Classes were Taught by Such Interesting Professors That i Raced to Get to MY Classroom to Bring That Enthusiasm to Every Science Lesson. Learning the Pedagogy and Strategies for Teaching Students was the Highlight of MY Under Graduate Experience. Student Teaching Made ME Crave Being in the Classroom Facilitating While A Group of Students Figure Out the Answers to Complex Questions.
• During the National Boards Program Teachers Apply for and are Excepted to Develop A Portfolio of Documentation That Shows A Direct Relation Between the Teachers Teaching and the Student Learning. Artifacts are Required to be Submitted As Well as Two Videos Showing the Teacher Leading and Guiding Students in Learning. A Standardized Test is Given to Each Applicant with Questions be Geared Toward the Teachers Experience in Certain Instructional Situations.
