Initial Steps were to Run A Test Using Wec-Sim/Nemoh Within Matlab. This Simulation would Provide A Set of Data to Reference for Experiments. A Dynamic Analysis of the Barge was Also Conducted and Provided Another Reference to the Experiments. Finally, the Simulations/Experiments were Compared with A Set of Governing Equations That were Derived and Solved
