• MY First Few Years of Teaching Guided ME to Wanting to Learn More About Supporting Those with and Without Disabilities, Both in the Classroom and Out in the Community. While Working Full Time, i Completed the Master'S Program in Developmental Disabilities. This Program Provided A Holistic Learning Approach to Working with People and Families of Those with Disabilities, Where i Gained New Knowledge in Teaching Practices, Post-School Outcomes, A Self-Determined Approach to Learning, and Educating Employers About Working with People with Disabilities.
• Activities and Societies: Activities: Traveling Choir, Lee Singers, Secretary Big Pal Little Pal Affiliated with Boys and Girls Club, Historian Delta Zeta Tau Service Club Upsilon Xi, Little Sister Part Time Work with Division of Adult Learning Societies: Phi Eta Sigmalee University Offered A Strong Foundation Where i Learned Key Skills in Building Relationships and Leadership. with Small Classes and A Tight Knit Student Community, i was Able to Ask Questions That Allowed ME to Gain in Depth Understanding of Subjects as Well as Gain Lasting Relationships with Some of MY Professors and Friends. Though Double Majoring, Participating in A Traveling Choir, and Serving in Multiple Clubs, i Worked Hard to Complete 160 Hours of Credits Within 4 Years, Being Able to Complete MY Majors (Which Included Student Teaching and Performing MY Senior Recital) Within That Time Period.
