• Nacdl and Cardozo School of Law National Forensic College is Presented in Collaboration with the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts and Defender Services Training Division in New York City. the Purpose of the Forensic College is to Instruct Supervisors, Trainers, and Experienced Litigators Who are or will be the Forensic Science Experts or Point People in Their Jurisdictions. the College Prepares Attorneys to Litigate Complex Forensic Science Issues Strategically and with the Support of the Nation’S Leading Law Firms and Experts. Attendance is by Invitation Only.
• Activities and Societies: Trial Practice; Criminal Defense; Zealous Advocacy; Jury Selection; Opening Statement; Direct Examination; Cross-Examination; and Closing Argument.Two-Week Session is Limited to 96 Participants, Who are Divided Into Small Groups According to Trial Experience. Topics Covered in the Group Exercises Include Client Interviews, Jury Selection, Direct and Cross Examination, Impeachment and Closing Arguments, Among Others. Each Participant Performs Daily Assignments Under the Supervision of A Member of the Nationally Recognized Faculty. Faculty Members Rotate Daily, and Video is Provided in Every Room.
