• Activities and Societies: the Education Partnership for Internationalizing Curriculum (Epic) Community College Faculty Fellowship Program Brings Together A Cohort of Community College Faculty and Academic Staff from Various Disciplines to Work Collaboratively with Stanford Staff for One Academic Year (August-May) on Self-Designed Projects Aimed at Internationalizing Core Curricula and Developing Global Competencies Among Community College Students.Our Project is Called &Quot;Our Lives, Our World: Creating Connections Across Cultures.&Quot; WE will Connect College of Lake County Students to International Students at Our Partner Universities to Interview One Another and Create A Repository of Student-Centered Personal Narratives, in an Effort to Globalize the Curriculum Across All Disciplines. Our Goal is to Provide Students with Professional Development Skills While Broadening Their Awareness of Issues That Affect Students Across the Globe, as Well as Become More Competent in Intercultural Communication.
• Within the Frame of This Program, i Went on A Study Tour to South Africa in 2009 Where i Studied Similarities Between Apartheid and the Communist Regime in Poland of the 1970s and 1980s. i Wrote an Analysis of Anti-Apartheid and Anti-Communist Social Movements in South Africa and Poland as A Result of This Tour.
• for MY Thesis, i Studied and Analyzed All Texts Published in &Quot;Time&Quot; and &Quot;The Economist&Quot; Between September 2002 and March 2003 About Alqaida and its Influence on the Modern World.
• Activities and Societies: Theater Laboratoryi Co-Wrote, Co-Directed, and Acted in A Number of Plays from the Genre of the Theater of the Absurd. i Also Specialized in 1969-1978 Jazz, as i Still Do.
