• Provides Leadership and Coordination in Developing Policy, Procedures, and Guidelines That Impact the Streamlining of Organizational Processes in Order to Remove Activities That Contribute no Value to the Service Provided and Improve Customer Satisfaction.
• Responsible for the Coordination of All Facets of 3-M Systems (Maintenance and Material Management). Possess the Ability to Implement, Evaluate, and Coordinate Planned Maintenance System Actions and the Ability to Operate and Effectively Manage Command’S Maintenance Programs.
• Responsible for the Safety, Security, and Accountability of the Military’S Weapons and Ammunition, Including the Safe Receipt, Storage, and Transport of Ordnance. Perform Visual Assessment of Material’S Physical Condition, and Quantity, Size, and Specialized Handling or Storage Requirements. Assess Overall Warehouse Procedures, Space Utilization Techniques, and Condition Discrepancy Coding, as Well as Specialized Procedures to Safely Handle, Pack, Store, Label, and Ship Hazardous Materials.
• Issue and Receive Small Arms, Secure and Control Firearms and Ammunition in Security Areas, and Schedule and Perform Preventive and Organizational Maintenance on Firearms. Develop, Coordinate, and Implement Maintenance and Inspection Program for Firearms. Conduct Firearms Inspections and Repair Worn or Damaged Firearms
