• i Began Grad School in A Program Called Lay Leadership Which was Cancelled After MY First Year. Although it was A Twenty Year Old Program the University did not Feel One could Measure One'S Spiritual Growth and They were in the Process of Going International SO Measuring Coursework was Very Important to Them. i was Then Given the Opportunity to Switch All MY First Year Credits to Nonprofit Management. Which i Did. at the Time i was Working in the Pension Field with Nonprofit Healthcare and Education SO i Felt it was A Good Fit for ME to Pursue. i had Always Been A Volunteer While i was Working SO i Understood Many of the Pain Points for Nonprofits as Well as How They were Classified to the Irs. This Included the Issue of Taxation and Fica Reporting.
