• MY Research Focused on Biophysical Studies of Metalloproteins by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (Nmr) Spectroscopy, in Particular Solid State Nmr Studies of the Early Stages of the Catalytic Cycle of Cytochromes P450. i Also Worked on Solution and Solid State Nmr Studies of Murine Cytochrome B5, as Well as Characterization of These Proteins by Temperature-Dependent Optical Absorption Spectroscopy. My Research Also Entailed New Pulse Program Development, Solid State Nmr of Organic Molecules and Coordination Complexes, and Preparation and Characterization of Recombinant Cytochrome P450 from Protein Overexpression to Final Purification and Activity Assays. I Served as A Teaching Assistant for Three Semesters for the Introductory General Chemistry Course at Columbia, and Also Assisted with A Variety of Education and Outreach Programs Through MY Time in Graduate School.
