• Study was Primarily Related to Understanding and Developing Techniques in Group Dynamics for the Re-Education of Older Youthful Offenders. at the Time i was Also an Asssistant Superintendent of A Small Correctional Facility That was Responsible for Supervision 24/7 of Juvenile Delinquents. This Involved A Unique Program of Work in the Public Sector and Group Counseling Using Behavioral Moditfication Techniques and Practices. Follow UP on Residents Who Completed the Program Sucessfully Showed A 1% Recitivism Rate in the 4 Years Following. Most Entered the US Military in Vietnam at the Time and Distinguished Themselves. for Those Who were Unable to Complete the Program, They Immediately were Sent to A More Traditional Corrections Facility.
