One of 2 Schools in Northern California That has the American Bar Association Approval and Accreditation to do So. Held A Perfect Gpa of 4.0 and was A Mentor to A Few New Friends. Strict Adherence to Attendance was A Requirement.
• Activities and Societies: the Niello Company Chose 6 Managers from Each Dealership to Become the Next Leaders of Their Company. Courses were in Team Building, Work Environment to Promote Productivity, Hr, Legal Dos and Don'Ts. Hiring the Right Applicant the First Time as in What to Look Toward and Steer Clear From, Training was Paramount in This Course. it was not A Degree Based Program, but i was Very Appreciative to have Been Chosen and for What i Learned.A Program Designed for Working Management Employees in Which the Niello Company Sent A Few Managers from Each Store. the Course Included; Team Building, Hiring Process, Problem Employees, HR Process with Legal Details, Employee Retention.
