This Certificate and It'S List of Classes, Including Studying the Red Cross &Quot;Incident Command Structure, is Commonly Referred to as Having Completed Your &Quot;Basic-32.&Quot; in the Wildfire Fighting Community, it is Equivalent to Completing Kindergarten in the Academic World.
• Activities and Societies: Volunteer at Usmc Camp Pendleton Hospital, Red Cross Office. Semper FI Fund Volunteer.For the Last 10 Years, i have Been Studying the Usmc in Vietnam, Focusing on the 3rd Mardiv'S Training and Deployment of the Corps First 84 Scout Snipers by Major Robert Russell and Six Distinguished Shooter Starting in November of 1965. These 84 Marines, Some with Only 3 Days of Training, were SO Effective at Locating and Killing the Enemy That Early in 1966, the Commandant of the Marines Changed the Corps' Table of Organization to Include One Platoon of Scout Snipers for Every Marine Regiment. it is Important to Note That, Then Capt. Russell and His Men, Established the Basic Structure and Training Methods That are Still in Use Today. Unfortunately, the Record of These Marines' Contribution has Somehow Been Lost, and Their Story is no Longer Being Taught in the Corps' Scout Sniper Schools. i am Trying to Change That, SO That These 84 Young Marines and Their Leaders, are Recognized for Their Contributions and Sacrifices Made Fifty Years Ago on the Battlefields of Vietnam!
