Upon Acquiring MY Brokers Licenses Became the Supervising Broker and Sales Manager for Texas TH &Amp; Condo Sales.Expanding Into Apartment Complex Sales, Hired A Commercial Agent to Start Selling Apartments Through the Tal &Amp; Tths Companies. Due to Irreconcilable Differences Partnered with the Commercial Agent to Start Texas Commercial Realty Where i Learned All Facets of Commercial Brokerage and Leasing Skills. i Bought Out MY Partner After Two Years and was Sole Owner Operator Until i 1987 Shutting Down the Company After i Relocated Back to Wichita, Ks.

Cast in 2 Amazing Roles in Grad Student Productions That were Blocked by the Faculty. Disappointed i Apprenticed Under the Great Candidi Aka Joe Stevens, Stevens Magic Emporium, and Graduated to Sharina the Magician. Then i was Able to Begin Performing MY Own Magic Shows, and Transferred to the University of Houston.
• Activities and Societies: Drama Geek, Spent More Time Playing Pool for Money in High School as Well as Doing Theater Projects at Se, Community Theater and Wsu. Currently on the SE High Reunion Committee, Just Celebrated the 35th.
