• Activities and Societies: Twenty-Five Month Program Consisted of Three Summers, Six Weeks on Campus Attending Core and Elective Courses, as Well as Eight Intersession Projects Averaging 40 Hours Each; Final On-Campus Work Includes A Bank Simulation (Capital Raise, Ipo, Etc.).The Gsb Program was Intense! i Learned SO Much About Banking Which Rounded Out MY Knowledge to Make ME A Better Bank Marketer for Ib. Truly A Community Bank-Focused Program, There were A Few Large Banks Represented, Too. the Experience Included Two Weeks on the Madison Campus Over Three Summers, with Four Intersession Projects Between Years One and Two, Then Two and Three. Each Project Took Between 20 and 35 Hours to Complete. i Relied on MY IB Colleagues for Some of the Research i had to Do, Which Without Allies to Help One Navigate the Specialty Areas of Banking, the Assignments Would'Ve Been Impossible. i Came Out of it with A Graduate Diploma, Many Connections, and New Competencies i Utilize in MY Career Today.
• Activities and Societies: Distinguished Student Nomineethis 25-Month Executive Mba was an Outstanding Experience. A Small Cohort of 21 Professionals Met with Every Two Weeks Friday and Saturday, with Most Courses Lasting 10-12 Weeks. Project Work was Completed in Between Sessions, Which Provided Rich Opportunities to Build Relationships with Classmates. This Format was Perfect for Me; i Didn'T Want an Experience Consisting of Night Classes and Participants Coming and Going at Different Paces Throughout the Program. A Highlight of MY Experience was Our Trip to England and Holland, Traveling with the Business Doctoral Cohort from the Southfield Campus. WE Visited Four Universities/Business Schools, and i Most Enjoyed Our Time at Oxford University. A Coach Ride Through the English Countryside in Spring and Reliving the History of the World'S Most Famous University was Incomparable!
• Activities and Societies: English Honors Society; Dean'S List 7 Semesters; Campus Paper Columnist; Attended State University of New York-Stony Brook Junior Year ('92-'93) Through National Student Exchange Program Proud Lifetime Bsu Alummajored in English (British Literature Focus) and Minored in Spanish. i Also Wrote Editorials for the Campus Paper MY Freshman Year and Worked in the Student Loan Office for the First Two Years.
