• Activities and Societies: Actively Served in the Local Church During MY Schooling, Teaching Adult Sunday School Classes, Leading A Men'S Bible Study, and Initiated an Effort to Begin A New Church. Selected as One of the &Quot;Senior Preachers&Quot; During MY Last Year of Seminary.My Studies at Denver Seminary were Focused on Helping ME be Prepared to Lead and Teach A Church. in Addition to MY Coursework in Biblical Languages, Theology, Biblical Interpretation and Spiritual Formation, i had an Emphasis in Leadership. Foundational to MY Studies were the Relationships i had with MY Pastoral and Lay Mentors, Who Helped ME with Individualized Learning Contracts, as Well as Actively Serving in the Church in Various Teaching and Leadership Roles.
• MY Studies at Wayne State Focused on Helping ME Think About How to Communicate on Behalf of an Organization with its External Stakeholders, as Well as How to Foster Good Communication Within an Organization. i Completed MY Degree While i was Employed Full Time in the Publishing Industry.
• Activities and Societies: i Worked as an Intern, Then Paid Student Staff Member of Cmu'S Public Relations Department. i Also was A Paid Staff Member of CM Life, the Student Newspaper, Covering the Local Government and Business Beats. i Participated in the Service Fraternity Alpha Phi Omega for Approximately A Year, and was A Member of Several Intramural Sports Teams.During MY Time at Cmu, i was Able to Secure an Internship (And Then Subsequent Paid Employment) with the University'S Public Relations Department. i Also Spent A Semester Writing for the School Newspaper, CM Life.
