• Working with Non Profit Organizations Means Being Able to Speak Intelligently to Your Supporters About the Programs Offered to the Community and How That Program can Serve the Community Successfully. i was Happy to Take This Course and it Proved to be Beneficial in MY Area of Work as Well as Being Trained Properly in the Public Speaking Arena. i Find That the Skills Taught are Still Being Used Today as A Pastor and as A Business Leader in the Community. Awarded in 1978 for Leading the Ymca to Open its First Day Care Facility in A Non Profit Community and Training Staff and Parents to Meet the Needs of the Program as They Worked Towards A Productive Successful Program. Presented the Program to Community Leaders and Business Leaders to Increase Student Participation by Over 87% Within the First Year. .
