• Activities and Societies: Acs Invited Me...It'S A Matter of Paying SO It'S the Same as Being in the Society.I will Demonstrate A High Level of Proficiency Even in Fields Where i Learn on MY Own in Just A Few Weeks' Time. if Only Human Resource Personnel could Understand Some People have This Capability. I'D Say i am Actually Around the Master'S Level in Both Math and Chemistry but Human Resource Personnel Wouldn'T Accept This. Strangely Enough, from A Close Friend, i Knew of Some Who Lied on Their Resume to Get High Paying Positions - i was Told to do the Same but i Refused. and Thus Many Truly Qualified Persons Get Shut Out from Gainful Employment and Cheats (Though Capable Because Requirements are Often Nonsense) Flourish. and Then of Course Those with the Correct Credentials Get In, Regardless of How Good They Really Are, but Since Requirements are Generally Much More Than Essentially Needed, the Ones with the Paper Credentials and not Driven for Excellence will Still do Well.
• Activities and Societies: Some Learn for the Purpose of Learning and not for the Ego Manifestation of Obtaining A Degree. i Merely Succumbed to Obtaining A BS Degree After SO Much Frustration with HR Personnel but i would not Recommend Going to College Unless One were at the Top Few Percent of the Population as That is Whom i Believe College was Made for and the Rest could do Their Jobs with On-The-Job Training or Short Training Courses, not the Cost-Intensive Purposely Drawn Out College Programs of Today.I could have Numerous Phd Degrees - All it Takes is Time and Money. but for What? Personal Satisfaction or Public Notoriety? i Believe the Educational System has Expanded Too Far and Too Much Weighting is Based on This, for Getting Hired and Even to the Salary Conferred. I'Ve Seen First-Hand Those Who Sold Their Souls to Get Their High Degrees and Then I'D be the One Who Outperforms. MY Objection to the Administration [At Shaman Pharmaceuticals for Example] That i Deserved A Higher Salary Based on MY Contributions Got Met with Nonsense Like &Quot;Radford Associates Indicates Your Salary should be Such and Such&Quot; but Then A Person Comes Along, no Degree Whatsoever and Gets Paid 50% More Than Myself and Doing 1/10 the Extent of Work i Did, All Because A Boss Made it Happen. What A World. There will Always be Some Unfairness, but Why SO Much?
• Activities and Societies: i could have Taught the Very Courses i was In, Particularly the Courses on Critical Thinking and Drugs. in Classrooms with A Thousand Students, i was the One Making Corrections and Supplying Information. Surprisingly, A Specific Degree is Required for Teaching When All it Really should Take is the Requisite Knowledge. Went Well Beyond What was Required and Made an in Depth Essay on Gossypol. Took Grad Courses for Fun. It was Nice to Get an A+ in Number Theory.Professors Asked Why i Chose to Take Courses Pass/No Pass When i would have Gotten A Grades. Well as Part of MY Principles, You Either Pass or Fail...Perhaps Some Recognition could be Passed Along to Say if There'S Something Highly Exceptional About the Person but Besides This, You Either Come Out Knowing What You should or Not. the Grading System Complicates Education and Puts Undo Stress on Students.
