More Specifically, for the Mbe Growth, the Focus is on the Design and Growth of Binary Inas and Alloy Ingaas Mesa Top Semiconductor Quantum Dot Samples on Differing Mesa Profiles to Realize the Objective of Quantum Dot Arrays Buried Under an Overlayer of Planar Surface. With Sophisticated Optical Instruments, Study the Optical Properties of the Quanton Dot Array, for Example, Photoluminescence (Pl), Power-Dependent Pl, Time-Resolved Photoluminescence (Trpl). the Single-Photon Emission Purity was Examined Using Hbt Setup, and the Photon Indistinguishability was Examined Using Hom Setup.
• Activities and Societies: Conducted A Research Project About Magnetic Materials.Advised by Professor Dirk Grundler, Developed A Novel Method to Determine Magnetization Configuration from Experimental Magnetic Force Microscopy Data. Successfully Constructed A Python Code to Automatize Magnetization Configuration Determination, Which was Utilized to Perform Analysis to Extract Other Relevant Parameters.
