• i have Completed the Coursework Toward A Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, While Teaching Full Time. i will be Completing A Principal Internship in 2015-2016 School Year, in Order to be A Licensed Principal, While at the Same Time Completing MY Ph.D. Research Residency, Taking Qualitative Research, Quantitative Research, Mixed Methods Research,And Advance Qualitative Research. During This Time i will Continue to Teach Full Time. in the Spring of 2016 i will Complete the Principal Licensure Examination, and be A Licensed Principal in the State of Ohio, Then Begin the Dissertation Writing Process, with A Planned Graduation Date of August 2017.
• 9 Graduate Hours- These 3 Courses were Designed to Allow for Learning, and Putting That Learning Into Practice, Then Evaluation of the Practice, and Providing an Opportunity for Reflection on the Practice. During the Period of Practice, i was Afforded Many Opportunities to Utilize the Skills Learned, Which Proved to be Invaluable at the Time, and Continue to Inform MY Instruction Today.
• 6 Graduate Hours: Over A One Year Span, This Course Included Reading, Online Discussions, and A Final Writing Assignment That was Designed to Put Into Practice Those Ideas That would Improve MY Practice as A Teacher. There were Opportunities for Feedback About Various Practical Applications of Learning Which were Invaluable. These Positively Informed MY Teaching Practice.
• 15 Graduate Hours in E-Learning, to Receive an E-Learning Certificate.
