• at Eastman i Studied for Three Years with James Thompson. i Performed with the Eastman Philharmonia, Eastman Wind Ensemble, Brass Guild, and Musica Nova (The Modern Music Ensemble). i Performed as the Soloist on Dana Wilson'S Concerto, Lieder Leader, with the Eastman Wind Orchestra Under the Baton of Mark Scatterday. MY Lecture Recital was Given on This Same Fine Work of Music. i Served as A Teaching Assistant Providing Instruction for Undergraduate Trumpet Players at the University of Rochester. MY Course Work Included Classes in Jazz Pedagogy, Jazz History, Composition and Music Theory Pedagogy. MY Degree Recitals Included Works by Dana Wilson, Theodor Hoch, Paul Hindemith, Oskar Bohme, and Georg Phillip Telemann, Among Others.

• i Deferred A Year at Suny Stony Brook in Order to Pursue A Fulbright in Germany, but did not Re-Matriculate When i Returned. During MY Year of Study at Suny Stony Brook i Won the School'S Concerto Competition and was Invited to Perform Alfred Desenclos' Incantation, Threne' and Dance with the Graduate Orchestra. i Studied Trumpet with Susan Radcliffe. i Took Course Work in Musicianship, Music Theory, and A Seminar on Gustav Mahler. i Performed A Recital Including Andre Jolivet and Amilcare Ponchielli. i Served as the Teaching Assistant to the Jazz Professor.
