• Activities and Societies: Taught Principles of Accounting at Indiana University; Tutored Statistics; Employed as A Notre Dame Security Guard. i Worked with One of the Faculty on an Accounting Text That HE was Writing. Throughout MY Time at Notre Dame i Wrote Tons of Papers and Improved MY Writing Skills!I Spent Most of MY Time at Notre Dame Studying, Working, Enjoying Football and the Campus. i Enjoyed Working with Members of MY Cohort and Learned Much from Them. Working on the Text was an Interesting and Instructive Endeavor. i Spent 4 Weeks Immediately After Graduation Taking an International Business and Marketing Class Offered by Several Schools, Including Notre Dame. the Course Took Place in England, Ireland and Yugoslavia. it was Unbelievably Mind-Expanding. at the Time, it was Hard to Say in Which Country i Learned the Most; However, i Learned Some of the Most Important Information for the Long Term in Yugoslavia, Due to the Fact it no Longer Exists, Which is Especially Sad. the People in Yugoslavia were Wonderful and Absolutely Convinced Yugoslavia would be Able to Continue Given the Plan Tito had in Place to Govern Yugoslavia When HE Died. Unfortunately, the Three Who were to Rule could not Manage the Cultural Differences as Tito had with A Common Goal and Strong Leadership.
• Activities and Societies: i was Working 3 Jobs,1 Full Time and the Other 2 Part Time to Pay for MY College Classes. My Full Time Job for Most of the Time was for A Cpa. One of the Interesting Assignments i had There was to be the Lead to Set UP an Accounting System for Vending Machine Company.I was One of the First Women at Walsh not in the Nursing Program. One of MY Most Interesting Experiences Involved an Elective i Needed. WE Scheduled Required Courses, Leaving Few Courses That Fit in MY Schedule, Only 2 i had not Taken. One was Political Theory (Pt) &Amp; the Other was Senior Level Physiological Psychology (Pp). i Wanted PT Advisor Said no Bad Fit for Me. i Took Pp. Turned Out to be Team Taught by A German, the Physiology Portion &Amp; A Young Psychologist for the Rest. i was 1 of 6. the Other 5 were Premed. Everyone Wondered Out Loud, Who was i &Amp; Why was i There? the First Physiology Class Made ME Wonder Why i was There! the German Prof Gave ME 10 Books to Try to Catch UP with the Class &Amp; Understand the Beginning of This One. the Psych Prof Announced A Trial Experiment with Mice. i Quit, Pathological Fear of Mice. Psych Prof Loved This &Amp; Nixed the Experiment but Tried to Get ME Over MY Phobia. i Spent as Much Time Studying for This Class as All MY Other Classes. Aced Them All!
