MY Interest was in the Employment Opportunities for the Ex-Military Personnel Returning to Tennessee. i Worked with Veterans' Organizations and State Legislators as i Developed A Transition Program to Match the Veteran with A Civilian Job Opportunity. in 1992, i Testified in Washington Before the U.S. House Oversight Committee for Veterans Affairs Concerning the Needs of Returning Service Men and Women in Tennessee. Presently, i Lack Only the Dissertation Required for the Degree.

I Studied in the Ph.D, in Counseling Psychology Program for Two Years Without Completing the Program.
