• Activities and Societies: Institute for Integrative Conservation Student Leadership Council, Club Rock Climbing, Kappa Delta Sorority, Pep Bandgraduated may of 2024 with A Bachelor'S of Science in Conservation and Ecology and A Minor in Anthropology. Summa Cum Laude. Through MY Self-Designed Major, and MY Involvement with the Institute for Integrative Conservation, i was Able to have Input on the Design of the College'S Official Major in Integrative Conservation. MY Involvement with Kappa Delta Sorority has Allowed ME to Give Back to MY Community Through Our Work for Our Philanthropies- Girl Scouts, Prevent Child Abuse America, and Avalon Women'S Shelter.
• i Spent 4 Months Studying and Conducting Field Work in Australia as Part of Sit'S Rainforest, Reef, and Cultural Ecology Program as the Second Half of MY Third Year of MY Bachelor'S Degree in Conservation and Ecology. This Program Included Regular Classroom Experiences, as Well as Hands-On Field Study Such as Working with Community Groups and Queensland Park Service to Plant 1500 Trees in A Rainforest Corridor Project, Learning Traditional Knowledge from Aboriginal Elders, and Conducting A Marine Research Field Project on Lizard Island Research Station. Finally, the Program Culminated in A Five-Week Independent Research Project During Which i Worked with the Dolphin Discovery Centre in Bunbury, WA to Conduct Research on Their Turtle Rehabilitation Program.
