• Studied Water Conservation Principles and Practices. Discussed Issues; Such As, Northern Californians' Discomfort with Southern California Draining Their Water from Their Delta, the High Cost of San Diego Purchasing Water from the Los Angeles Water District. Visited A Conservation Fair in Hemet, California. Heard and Saw Highly Intelligent Men and Woman Speak Passionately About Their Practices and Research of Water and Energy Conservation. Touched New Inventions, Such As: Water Dispensers That Collected Moisture from the Air; Water Irrigation Pipes and Valves; Smart Water Meters; Water Instruments That could Sense Humidity Levels in the Air and Near Roots of Crops; and Irrigation Systems That could Use Information from Water Sensors to Decide When and How Much Water to Give to the Crops. Our Teacher and WE Students had A Lively Discussion About Our Field Trip the Following Day.
• Enrolled Deaf, Severely Mentally-Ill Daughter, and Myself Into the Personal Improvement/Special Education Gym Classes. Studied Together to Support Each Other in Our Studies and Classes.
• i Studied Human Development to Understand People Better. i Studied Music Because i Love to Sing, Play the Flute, and Arrange for Instrumentalists and Vocalists to Provide Special Music in the Middle of Sacrament Meeting Meeting. This Gives A Break for the Congregation in Between Speakers.
