Just Like the Skills Needed in Business Today, You Need to have Some Type of Knowledge in Several Areas to Succeed. A Key Example are Cross-Functional Teams Used in Workplace Projects. My Disciplines are Business, Engineering, and Justice. Business Teaches US the Key Components Like Economics, Human Resources, and Differences Between Management and Leadership. Justice Teaches US How to Judge Character and Know When Something is Off, as Well as How to Deal with It. Justice has Also Taught ME How to Deal with Regulatory Agencies and in Which Ways to Interact. Criminal Investigations and Root Cause Analysis are Very Integrative (Same Principles), Which Leads in to Engineering. Engineering has Been A Great Aspect for Improvement Projects and Root Cause Analysis. You have to have an Innovative Mindset to Improve A Process That Others Feel is Already Fine the Way it Is.
