I Hope to &Quot;Pay it Forward&Quot; and Help Others in This Area.I Enhanced MY Skills as an Educator in Geriatrics, Gerontology, Hospice, and Palliative Care in the Year-Long Master Faculty Scholars Program Offered by Washington Aging and Geriatric Education Consortium Committee and George Washington University'S Center for Aging, Health and Humanities in the District of Columbia. We Explored the Art of Teaching and Leading Person-Centered Care in Settings for Older Persons with Focuses on Older Adults as Whole People with Creative Potential; Effective Teaching Techniques, Especially in Clinical Settings; Leadership Skills Among Inter-Professional Teams; and the Successful Design and Conduct of A Culture Change Project. An Emphasis on Seeing the Whole Person, Listening to Their Stories and Values, and Integrating Creative and Humanistic Approaches to Implementing Person-Centered Care were Woven Throughout the Program.
