• Activities and Societies: Transfer Academic Excellence Scholar (Taes) National Society of Collegiate Scholars (Nscs) Phi Theta Kappa (Ptk)I'M Pumped to be Joining MY Fellow Terps! This is A New Challenge but I'M not Behind in the Game. I'M Blessed to have the Prestige Network of Fellow Taes Scholars (The Most Prestigious Body of Transfers Financially Aided by the Institution); Nscs Scholars; and Ptk Scholars Along Side. i am Ready for the Journey, and will Take Each Day with A Smile Head-On. My Decision to Apply to the University has Ratified MY Message to MY Peers and has Helped Set the Standard of Expectancy for the Community. i Constantly Tell Them to Reach for the Stars and have Big Dreams the University of Maryland is A Highly Regarded Institution, Especially in the Haitian Community. So, This Transfer is A Critical Variable in the Revamping of MY People, and of Myself. Again i am Grateful to be Endowed with These Financial Blessings as i Embark on This Journey!
• Activities and Societies: Honor'S Academy Phi Theta Kappa National Society of Collegiate Scholars Success Squad Student Government Street Team Owl Newspaperinitially, i Planned to Wait A Year Before Re-Applying to College. but MY Mother Insisted That i Continue MY Education. Honestly, i Didn'T Like Pgcc. as A Student, i was Conditioned to Think of it as the &Quot;13th&Quot; Grade, Unparalleled to 4 Year Rigor. However, MY Academic Experience Proved Otherwise. Altogether, i Learned to be Autonomous and Responsible. Pgcc Proved to be A Legitimate, Bona Fide, and Underrated Variable in Preparing for This Transfer. At Pgcc, i Evolved as A Leader. i was the Executive Vice-President of the School'S National Society of Collegiate Scholars (Nscs) Chapter, Recruiter for the School'S Honor'S Society and Phi Theta Kappa Chapter, and Student Advisor for the Business Collegian Center. These Clubs and Experiences Helped Single Out the University of Maryland as MY Next College of Choice as it Aligns with the Experiences i Had.
