To: ... ...13025 BRITTS BROOK LN WALDORF, MD 20601Dear Mr. Olafunmiloye, I am interested in purchasing the property you own at 16700 Mattawaman Ln. I am not an investor, I would like to purchase the property as a residence. We presently live in a condo in Washington, DC. My husband and I have been looking for a piece of property that is somewhat secluded with land around it. I would like to make an offer for the property for 300,000. Please give us a call if it would be possible to come by and look at the property on this Saturday, March 3rd around 12:00 noon. We can be reached on 202-528-0789. We are extremely interested, even if there is work to be done on the property.
Thank you for your time.

To: ... ...3123 CLAIREMONT DR SAN DIEGO, CA 92117Tyna, I apologize for the message you probably received. ---------
Please read this - it's short, nice, and peaceful.---- (even if this e-mail service screws up the idea of paragraph formatting completely) ----------
The intensity of the message I fear you received (which wasn't intended to be sent at all) I am sure was overwhelming in a way that brings back bad memories of the last time we talked years ago.---------
Honestly, the ‘me’ who you talked with then or knew when I was a kid, were both very different from who I am now. Good-hearted, good-living, warm and intelligent, even ‘successful’ people who know me would vouch for me on this, sincerely.
The only thing the same, is how much output I have to deal with from my mind. There always two sides of a coin, even of a good thing. ---------
I hope can accept how absolutely unnatural trying to communicate over e-mail is for me. Real communication is something I do very well on an average day, because it is a real, two-sided conversation. ---------
So usually I write everything in my head out first, before any significant e-mail... then I rewrite just a fraction, taking in to consideration the medium. Unfortunately, my "pre-writing" got sent by accident, instead of the rewrite. ---------
If you don’t want to talk, I accept that, but please let me say one thing, if it is the last chance I get…..I think you really considered me a friend once, and I think you may have appreciated who I was more than I realized then. I'm sorry I was so damaged. I'm also sorry if I actually did hurt you once, even if I though it was just you that hurt me. I'm honestly not sure what happened, and that is what hurt most back when we were kids. I was profoundly damaged Tyna, but what my heart wanted to share with you was as good as you could have imagined... even if I was too broken to be able to do it in a healthy way... What I felt for you then was something very good and respectful, and you would agree if you could look back and see.---------Matt
