| I am assistant to Magistrate Judge John E. McDermott at the federal court in Los Angeles. I have sent several faxed letters to Zaba Search to remove information regarding the Judge and his family - I sent a new letter and back correspondence to Zaba Search yesterday. All information removed was reinstated regarding Judge McDermott - I had also sent an opt-out form and California Government Code Section 6254.21 which states that all information re appointed officials (like Judges) cannot be publicized over the internet, etc. Please call me (or your assistant) so that once and for all this situation is solved.
