Hey Simon, I want to tell you that most of the time my husband and I agree with your comments BUT we feel you don't always take someone ele's critique or opinions good either.Like when you commented after David Cook preformed.He was only just saying he had to win the public not you personally.He didn't mean anything like you not knowing the "rules",so you just didn't like him saying his opinion and that's where you just need to let people say what they want and accepting it!

I agree with every comment and constructive critism remarks (if there is such a thing as constructive critism. Sometime I think you are too harsh but I feel that in your heart you are only trying to help the contestants. On my last message I made an error (ooops), I should have said why does Ryan (who I like by the way) NOT THANK SIMON. As far as I\'m concerned American Idol would not be the success it is without his honest critque. Hearing the truth about one\'s self is not always nice, but they are on that stage to hopefully become a super-star, so they should just shut up and learn as much as they can from the professionals...

Simon, was rude to David Cook. I don't think he meant to be disrespectful. I think Simon's comment took him off guard and once he realized he had irritated him, I admired him that he never said another word in defense of himself. He showed real maturity.

I disagree with your comments quite often; however, I totally respect your critiques and I feel that all contestants should listen seriously and refrain from giving their sarcastic remarks. You are the professional and they are the amateurs. If they have more expertise than the judges....why are they in this competition????????

Although you are kinda rough with these kids I do have to agree with you most of the time that you are exactly on the target as to their performance and actions etc I know most of it is for the show as well and what makes the viewer keeping coming back for more of Simon. have fun this season, though not the best of performers this time around....a few good ones.

You need to quit with the favorites and start giving credit where credit is deserved. Your opinions of Luke Menard and Chikezie were way off and uncalled for. Listen back to their performances and then you need to apologize to them. It would be nice if you would leave your foul moods at home and accurately judge the contestants.
