What’s Next on American Idol? Predictions for Top 7 Week
America’s favorite Top 7 contestants will hit the stage this week singing songs from “This Decade.” This recently announced theme will allow contestants to choose their favorite songs from 2010 up until present day with help from resident Idol mentor Jimmy Iovine alongside guest mentor, R & B artist, Akon.
With songs from this decade in the works, what can you expect to see this week on American Idol as the Top 7 perform?
- -A guest performance from Jennifer Hudson, Ne-Yo, and Rick Ross as they perform their new single, Think Like a Man.
- -A guest performance from Idol finalist James Durbin, as he sings his new song Higher Than Heaven.
- -Better performances all around and a tighter calls to make as finally, the teen contestants will have the opportunity to performing songs they actually know!
- -Jessica Sanchez will not sing Whitney Houston.
